3
Positive customer reviews highlight great food quality, attentive service by staff like Isabella and Toshana, enjoyable ambiance with live music, and accommodating seating preferences.
4
Employees mention free food as a benefit in some cases.
CONS
1
Work environment reviews indicate issues such as no breaks, limited or no benefits initially, toxic or hostile work environment at times with favoritism in management positions. Constructive criticism is reportedly lacking from management.

Some customers found the food to be mediocre or portions small (e.g., tacos), suggesting room for improvement on menu items or portion sizes.
3
Discounts on food are not always significant for employees; some report no free meals despite working there.
